My body is being renewed continuously. I am elevated to new levels of being. I am vibrating high. I feel physically capable of doing whatever I want in life. I am strong in all ways. I feel energy flowing through my body bringing me more power, more stamina, more endurance. I have great lung capacity. My muscles are fully activated when I need them to be. I have a great foundation. My body feels fully alive. All my cells function perfectly the way they were designed to. All my systems and organs are working in harmony with each other. My mind is sharp. My heart is open and free. I am feeling settled in my body. I am allowing my body to continuously upgrade to be the best me I’ve ever been. I feel energy flow through me, that vivacious aliveness. I am feeling vibrant. I am an amazing human being, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Yes!
