I am allowing energy to flow

I am allowing energy to flow freely through every part of my being. Each and every cell in my body is energized with life. I choose life-giving foods and life-giving thoughts. I choose to be in an environment that promotes life. I am settled in who I am. I feel confident in all ways. I know what I want and that’s what I strive for. I feel powerful. My heart is open. I am living in joy. I am contributing on planet earth in a big wonderful way, and I love that. I am seeing things heart-to-heart with people. I tell it like it is. I am at peace in my heart and I am grounded in my being. I am stable. I am safe. I am secure in all ways. My deep sense of trust is flourishing. I am allowing pure love to infiltrate every part of my being. I am living fully, present in my being. I always make correct decisions. I always know what to do. I listen to my heart. I stand strong in my convictions. I am able to live the life that I am here to live. I am doing it. Yes!
